Small Business Saturday Includes Shasta County Arts Council’s Local Artists Display At Redding’s Historic Old City Hall

The corner of Market and Shasta streets, the site of Redding’s historic Old City Hall, was abuzz with activity on Saturday, November 29, 2025, as the Shasta County Arts Council organized a bevy of local artists, enabling them to display their creations before a day long procession of art aficionados.
“I’m gonna’ say that we’ve had at least 100 people come through today”, exclaimed Shasta County Arts Council’s event coordinator, Racheal Newman, “And because our boutique will be open through December 24, here at Old City Hall, then many more will visit,” Newman added.
