On November 15, 2025, the Tehama County CattleWomen hosted a vibrant "100 Years of Cowgirls Luncheon and Fashion Show" in Red Bluff, celebrating a century of women's Western style through a stylish runway presentation and delectable luncheon. This event honored the organization's rich legacy, which began as the Tehama County CowBelles on April 25, 1953, with 74 founding members, and continues today as an affiliate of the Tehama County Cattlemen’s Association, dedicated to bolstering the livestock industry. Guided by their creed, these women commit to sustaining the sector with their resources and advocacy, fostering appreciation among producers, and inspiring future generations with a profound respect for the land, nature, and the enduring optimism of cattle life—inviting all enthusiasts to join via www.TehamaCountyCattleWomen.org.
Tehama County CattleWomen Creed: "Believing that the livestock industry is of basic importance to world existence, we, the Tehama CattleWomen dedicate ourselves to support it with our labor and finances; to promote it through information and publicity; to encourage its producers with our understanding and love; to do all in our power to instill in the coming generation the love of the land and of life, the humility and awe before nature, and the hope and faith in the future that is inherent in Cattlemen and CattleWomen."
