Earlier we posted an article about Nora McNeill a Redding based registered midwife who has been helping mothers bring children into this world for over fifty years. There will be an anniversary celebration open to the public on March 21, 2026 at 4:00 pm. The gala event will be held at the Shasta District Fair and Event Center in Anderson, CA.
Attendance is free to all, and kids are more than welcome. There will be food trucks there, play activities for kids and families. There will be a brief preview of a documentary that is in the works that focuses on Nora's long journey in midwifery here in Redding.
So come on out and lets all share our love and appreciation with this Redding Legend!
