2nd-Annual Palo Cedro Park Fall Fest Generates Full Community Support

Which North State town or city has the best small-town park? Well, if you had the good fortune of attending the 2nd-annual Palo Cedro Park Fall Fest on Saturday, October 24, 2026, then you might just concur. It was a day full of family fun, featuring over thirty vendors that gladly passed out (gratis) trick-or-treat goodies, free games, a pumpkin carving contest, talent show, costume contests, and live music by the Flash Back Band.
And did you see the stilt walking performance by Sweet Lemon and Amethyst Goddess? Who, by the way, were one of the sponsors of the Palo Cedro Park Fall Fest, ably assisted by Monica Herrera-Pearson and Carina Herrera-Pearson; And in a joint statement, the Herrera-Pearson sisters said, “We both put in a lot of work into this event for the community…and it was all worth it to be able to “make memories for the kids.”
The Herrera-Pearson sisters continue: “We want to thank the sponsors + Palo Cedro Market + Advanced Automotive + Engh Custom Concrete + Pace Supply, Inc. + Highway Specialty Company, and the Sweet Lemon Company. We couldn’t have brought this event together without all of their help!!
The Herrera-Pearson sisters conclude: “Thank you to the Palo Cedro Feed Store for letting us borrow bales of hay…all day. Thank you to our awesome volunteers from Foothill High School, whose help was greatly appreciated. To the Candy Sponsors who made trick-or-treating happen; we appreciate your help! Thank you to our community for showing up. To the vendors who make this event even better: Thank you for coming out. We do this for the kids.”
