Redding Sports Park (RSP) opened as Big League Dreams (BLD) in 2004. Built with a 20 million dollar grant from the state, it didn't cost Redding a dime. The city leased our new sports park to BLD for 32 years, the first 4 rent free and 6% of the gross thereafter. BLD was responsible for the upkeep. That didn't happen so, where do we go from here?
