Wilcox Oaks Golf Club & Red Bluff Rotary Club Host Golf Tournament For A Canine Cause

It couldn’t have been a more perfect day, nor a more deserving entity, when the Red Bluff Rotary Club organized a golf tournament at the Wilcox Oak Golf Club on Friday, September 11, 2026, with proceeds benefiting the Tehama County K9 Foundation (TCK9), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established to support law enforcement K9 teams throughout Tehama County.


According to the tourney’s principal organizers (both Rotarians), Jody Bartley and Brady Cheffet, the 3rd annual 2026 Red Bluff Rotary Club Golf Tournament drew nearly two dozen (four-man) teams.
“What a day!…..and a huge thank you to the incredible field of players who joined us for the 2026 Red Bluff Rotary Golf Tournament. We had nearly a hundred players hit the course, brought the fun, and helped make another Rotary fundraiser….one-for-the-books.”
The 2026 Red Bluff Rotary (3rd-annual) Golf Tournament at Wilcox Golf Club had a tight finish:
1st Place (Score 44)—Jason Deaver, Seth Headrick, Ethan Philips and Virgil Blake
2nd Place (Score 45)—Jody Bartley, Brad Halfhide, Derek Hock and Jake Schott
3rd Place (Score 46)—Dylan Grossman, Cameron King, Ross Marshall and Jon Pascarella
Individual awards, according to the group’s Facebook page, went to: Mike Bachmeyer (KP #15)…..Derek Hock (KP #18)…..Seth Headrick (Men’s Long Drive)…..Cara Hood (Women’s Long Drive)…..R.J. Johnson (Men’s Accuracy) and Susie Daly (Women’s Accuracy).
The Red Bluff Rotary Club, considered a civic league organization with roots dating back to 1960, has over a hundred (regular/honorary) members actively involved in various community projects and events.
