Meet Prince (left) and Cami (right) — two adorable little Chi mixes (possibly Chiweenies) who are hoping to find their forever home(s)!
These sweet babies were part of a litter that was heartbreakingly dumped in a Redding green belt. After weeks of searching, only Prince and Cami were found. They were terrified, cowering and shaking in a corner for two full weeks. With patience and love, they’ve come out of their shells and now jump into laps for cuddles and affection.
Prince (about 1 year old, ~5–8 lbs.) earned the nickname “Prince Charming” from the ladies at the vet clinic. He’s a happy, bubbly, easy-going boy who loves to cuddle and has the sweetest personality. Everyone falls in love with him instantly!
Cami (about 2–3 years old, ~4–6 lbs.) is a bit shy at first, but once she trusts you, she becomes a devoted one-owner girl. She loves gentle scratches and quiet cuddle time.
The vet believes Cami is likely Prince’s mama. They were very bonded (crying when separated), but have recently become more independent, so they can be adopted together or separately.
Both are:
Spayed/neutered
Fully vaccinated (including rabies)
Microchipped
Wormed & on Heartguard
Flea treated
Mostly house-trained (tiny bladders — potty breaks every couple of hours)
Prince had a spider bite that required extra vet visits (all covered by his rescuer), and his eyelid is healing beautifully.

If you’re looking for small, loving lap dogs who’ve already had all their vet work done, these two are ready to bring joy to your home!
