Taking a Stand Against Tyranny of the State’s “S-ELECTION” System In Shasta County

I’m proud to have helped gather signatures for Measure B, Shasta County’s Charter Amendment to shut down the cheating methods California allows in our elections. As predicted, Attorney General Rob Bonta and Secretary of State Shirley Weber have sued to overturn it — despite Measure B winning 55.59% of the vote on June 2, 2026. The lawsuit has been served on the County and is on the agenda for the Tuesday, June 16 Board of Supervisors meeting.
Will our Supervisors defend the will of the people?
They should — and here’s why.

Electronic Voting Machines: Built for Manipulation
Elections haven’t been secure since electronic tabulators rolled out in the early 2000s. Clint Curtis, a computer programmer, was asked by a Florida Republican to write code that could flip votes undetected. He did it — then became a whistleblower, testifying before Congress in 2004. Nothing changed. Proprietary software now dominates, hidden from scrutiny.
We saw the pattern in 2020: President Trump led in key bellwether counties, then counting mysteriously paused overnight in swing states. When it resumed, massive Biden spikes appeared — in an election with record “votes” but little visible enthusiasm for Biden compared to Trump’s rallies. Computers can be programmed in seconds to shift percentages. Hand-count audits mean little if machines select the precincts.

Tina Peters, former Mesa County Clerk in Colorado, tried to preserve election data before a Dominion “Trusted Build” update. Forensic images allegedly revealed deleted records, hidden batches, and anomalies. She was prosecuted and convicted. Mike Lindell’s documentary [S]election Code details her fight.
Dominion (now Liberty Vote) runs in most California counties. It's ties to Smartmatic (Venezuelan origins under Chavez) and documented bribery cases raise red flags. Venezuelan connections to voting software used in the machines are documented in the book "Stolen Elections - The Takedown of Democracies Worldwide" by Ralph Pezzullo. Experts have suggested that wireless vulnerabilities and proprietary code make manipulation too easy. Measure B demands hand-counting by bipartisan teams at the precinct level — the gold standard for transparency.
Dirty Rolls, Mail-In Abuse, and No Real Verification - California’s voter rolls are a mess. The DOJ has sued for access. Motor Voter registers people without citizenship checks. Undeliverable ballots, moved / deceased voters, and PO boxes stay on the lists. The Secretary of State makes cleaning them nearly impossible. Ballots go to everyone — including pets, as one Orange County case proved. Shasta County's own Sheriff's Department investigated dozens of questionable voter registrations and concluded that election fraud is occurring in the County.
Mail-in ballots arrive days late, many having no postmarks or with handwritten dates or county stamps. Signature verification is weak and subjective. Thanks to California law, no ID is required at drop-off, and ballot harvesting is legalized. Electronic poll pads let officials track who hasn’t voted and “fill in” ballots. Ballot harvesting targets nursing homes and the vulnerable (California has ~1 million with dementia). Get-out-the-vote operations have crossed lines into fraud.
Steve Hilton rightly slammed these rules. A new statewide Voter ID initiative by Carl DeMaio is a good step, but it doesn’t stop blanket mailings. Measure B goes further — protecting local control.
The State’s Hypocrisy and Overreach - Weber claims California built a “more secure” system. That’s a bad joke on lawful voters. Bonta prioritizes illegal immigrants over citizens. His wife’s AB 2624 threatens citizen journalists exposing fraud (like Nick Shirley on hospice scams).
We’re tired of the waste — billions for nonexistent bullet trains, illegal immigrant services, failed homeless programs — while our votes are treated as optional. Shasta County sees through the lies.
Time for Shasta County Supervisors to Act - The Board should hire Lex Rex Institute (Attorney Alexander Haberbush successfully defended Measure B pre-election) to fight this lawsuit. The federal government should intervene too — sanctuary policies and lax rolls affect national elections.
This is Shasta’s Stand - We knew the lawsuit was coming. Measure B challenges state law, but at the dawn of America’s 250th anniversary, we must remember the Declaration of Independence:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights… That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it…”
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations… it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government…”
Shasta County is doing exactly that — peacefully calling out abuses and defending our God-given rights. Win or lose in court, we reject Sacramento’s unconstitutional control over our votes.
