NorthState Care Clinic has moved to their new location at 2021 Victor Ave and is inviting the community to their Grand Opening Celebration
on Saturday, July 11th, 6:00-8:00 PM.

NorthState Care Clinic (NSCC), formerly Care Net Pregnancy Center, is thrilled to move into their new location on Victor Ave. This move represents a new season for the clinic that will allow them to expand medical services, modernize their facility, and own their own building.
“This new building reflects a shift for the clinic and creates an opportunity for us to focus on sustainability,” said Kirsten Lapp, Executive Director of NSCC. “We have moved our location and we look forward to continuing to provide compassionate care, an excellent medical experience, and life-saving resources to women, men, and families throughout our community and the NorthState.”
This achievement is made possible through the generous support of the community — local businesses, individuals, and organizations who believe in NSCC's mission to empower families and provide compassionate care and services.
The new facility reflects the clinic’s ongoing commitment to excellence, sustainability, and expanding access to free medical and support services in the region.

“We are excited to serve our community by providing compassionate support and making helpful resources more easily accessible to those facing unexpected pregnancies,” remarked Scott Schumacher, NSCC board member.
MORE ABOUT NSCC – SERVING REDDING FOR 42 YEARS
Since 1984, NSCC has provided a safe and supportive environment for women, men, and families facing unexpected pregnancies. The clinic offers free verified pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, options counseling, parenting and childbirth classes, and practical support such as diapers, clothing, and cribs.NSCC is the only medical pregnancy center within 90 miles of Redding offering these services—all at no cost to patients. Last year alone, the clinic has served 1,220 individual patients. One patient shared, “This place is a gift from God,” after receiving free healthcare and compassionate support.
MOBILE CLINIC EXTENDS CARE TO RURAL COMMUNITIES
To meet growing needs in rural communities, NSCC’s mobile ultrasound clinic brings free, confidential services directly to women and families throughout the region. Current stops include:
· Red Bluff: 1st Tuesday
· Redding: 2nd & 4th Tuesdays
· Weaverville: 3rd Tuesday
The mobile clinic also participates in community events such as the Redding Health Fair and the Community Closet at Redding Christian Fellowship. Future plans include expanding to Shingletown, Burney, and Mt. Shasta, and adding free STI testing as funding allows.
“Trinity County is a beautiful and serene place to live. The trade-off is that for all the beauty, we lack essential services for some of the most vulnerable - young, expecting, frightened parents facing an unexpected pregnancy. NorthState Care Clinic has a mobile ultrasound van that comes to Trinity County every third Tuesday and offers free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, and many more free services. The NorthState Care Clinic mobile van is parked at the post office parking lot.” said Weaverville resident, Susie Jelinek.
