PALO CEDRO — Shasta County singers still have a short window to enter a karaoke contest offering a $1,000 grand prize. Moms for Liberty Shasta County will host “Stars, Stripes, and Karaoke” on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Palo Cedro area.
