The Redding Police Department announced the arrests of three local men following a joint investigation with the Sacramento Area Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The suspects face charges related to the possession, production, and/or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), commonly referred to as child pornography.
