Washington, D.C. – December 4, 2025
One year into President Trump’s second term, the American people are witnessing the most sweeping and successful accountability operation in the history of the federal government. The two-tiered justice system is being dismantled agency by agency, courtroom by courtroom, and field office by field office through the simple, ruthless expedient of removing the ideologically captured personnel who built and sustained it.
1. Civil Rights Division – Harmeet Dhillon’s Total Reset
The Crown Jewel of the Resistance Is Now the Spearhead of Equal Justice
Harmeet K. Dhillon entered the Civil Rights Division in April 2025 and within eleven months she has executed the most dramatic ideological realignment of any federal component in modern history.
Approximately 420 of the division’s 600 attorneys — more than 70% — have been fired, resigned, retired, or accepted buyouts. The exodus was deliberate. Dhillon issued new enforcement guidance requiring every single case to be evaluated without regard to race, politics, religion, or identity — and hundreds of holdover activists who had spent years enforcing a progressive “hierarchy of victimhood” simply could not stomach actual equal protection under the law. Many simply resigned and Dhillon was all too happy to hold the door open.
Today the division is aggressively suing:
Ivy League universities for anti-white and anti-Asian discrimination
Corporations for anti-male and anti-straight DEI policies
Campuses for unchecked antisemitism under Title VI
Blue cities for voting practices that dilute conservative votes
For the first time in decades, white farmers, Christian bakers, Asian students, and Jewish campus organizations are receiving the exact same federal civil-rights protection as every other American. The progressive thumb is off the scale. The two-tier system in civil rights enforcement is dead.
2. Immigration Courts – Pam Bondi’s Lightning Purge of Activist Judges
The Eight-Year Backlog Is Collapsing in Real Time
Attorney General Pam Bondi used the expanded Schedule Policy/Career authority to reclassify hundreds of immigration judge positions as at-will. A rapid performance audit immediately identified 124 judges — fully one-seventh of the entire Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) bench — whose asylum grant/approvals rates ranged from 85–97%, who repeatedly reversed legitimate DHS enforcement actions, or who had openly coordinated with open-borders advocacy groups.
All 124 have been terminated or forced into retirement since February 2025, with the latest wave hitting New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and Los Angeles just this week.
Results are staggering:
Deportation orders in reassigned dockets are up 300–400%
The 3.7 million-case backlog has been slashed nearly 40% in eleven months
Remaining judges are clearing cases at triple the previous rate under new statutory-compliance benchmarks
The deliberate sabotage that shielded millions of illegal aliens from removal for years has ended overnight. Mass deportation is no longer a slogan — it is operational reality because the judges who functioned as the last checkpoint of the open-borders agenda are gone.
3. FBI – Kash Patel’s Surgical Extermination of the Seventh Floor Resistance
The Hoover Building Has Been Liberated.
FBI Director Kash Patel walked into headquarters on day one and delivered an ultimatum: enforce the law without politics or leave. Most of the resistance chose to leave.
As of December 4, 2025:
1,847 FBI personnel have been separated
Including 1,104 special agents, 612 analysts, and 131 senior executives
Every member of the original Crossfire Hurricane team that chose not to leave voluntarily are now gone
The entire senior leadership of the Washington Field Office that raided Mar-a-Lago was terminated for cause
Over 300 agents who posted anti-Trump or pro-BLM/Antifa content were given 48 hours to resign or face criminal referral
An additional 1,200+ took Patel’s generous April–June buyout he openly called “your one-time chance to self-deport before we do it for you.”
The FBI is now the smallest it has been since the 1990s — and the most effective it has ever been against actual criminals. Street crime take-downs, cartel seizures, and child-exploitation rescues have shattered all records. The “domestic terrorism” unit that hunted MAGA grandmas and traditional Catholics has been abolished.
The seventh floor that spent eight years trying to destroy Donald Trump is now staffed almost entirely by America First patriots.
Is This a Clean Sweep?
Although the Trump Administration has made great strides within the Department of Justice, however, more needs to be done. Similar efforts are underway in virtually every Executive Branch Department. Trump’s cabinet was selected with the key goal of eliminating the woke Administrative State. These are other critical initiatives that the Trump Administration has undertaken that will help streamline efforts to shrink the size of Government:
Schedule F has been rebranded as Schedule Policy/Career authority– it now covers tens of thousands of policy-influencing positions government-wide, making them “at-will” employees. This enables the dispensing of rapid accountability.
The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), after completing its initial 12-month mandate under Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, has transitioned into a permanent Office of Management and Budget modernization unit that continues to identify billions in waste and duplication.
Thousands of holdover bureaucrats have self-deported from agencies rather than serve an administration committed to America First.
The strategy is simple and ruthless: remove the people who weaponized government against the American people and replace them with patriots who will execute the voters' mandate.
As 2025 ends, the results speak for themselves. Illegal immigration is plummeting. Victims of racial discrimination — white, Asian, Black, Hispanic, Jewish, Christian — are finally receiving equal protection under the law. The era of selective prosecution, endless delays, and ideological sabotage is over.
The Administrative State is not just under siege; it is now being defeated.
· Civil Rights Division → rebuilt for genuine equality
· Immigration Courts → cleared for statutory enforcement
· FBI → refocused on crime instead of conservatives
· All other Departments are undergoing similar transformation
The people who weaponized government against half the country have been removed — voluntarily or involuntarily.
Perhaps the changes within the Department of Justice finally ensures that America has equal justice under the law again.
