From Redding’s Sculpture Park to Yreka’s Golden City Days and everything in between, here’s your complete, no-fluff guide to the biggest upcoming public events in Shasta, Tehama, Siskiyou, and Trinity counties. Redding & Shasta County – The Big Show

Redding is leading the charge with several marquee events that draw crowds from across the region.

  • Taste of Redding 2026 Sunday, June 14 • 12–4 PM • Redding Sculpture Park / City Hall area - Sample bites from the area’s best restaurants, sip local wines and craft beers, and enjoy live music in one of downtown’s prettiest outdoor settings.   • Shasta District Fair June 17–21 • Shasta District Fair & Event Center, Anderson - This is the big one—rides, livestock shows, carnival food, live entertainment, and exhibits that celebrate everything great about Shasta County. Red Bluff & Tehama County – Small-Town Summer Vibes

Tehama keeps it local and family-friendly with weekly markets and classic circus fun.

  • American Crown Circus June 5–7 • Tehama County Fairgrounds, Red Bluff Trapeze artists, clowns, animals, and all the thrills under the big top. Perfect for kids of all ages.

  • Wednesday Night Summer Market (Red Bluff) Starts Wednesday, June 3, and runs weekly 5–8 PM downtown. Food trucks, live music, vendors, and kids’ activities turn downtown Red Bluff into a weekly block-party atmosphere.

  • Corning Tuesday Night Market Every Tuesday evening in Corning (just minutes from Red Bluff), Themed nights, food, and community fun all summer long.


Yreka & Siskiyou County – Golden Days & County Fair Season

Siskiyou is turning up the volume with back-to-back weekends of celebration.

  • Yreka Golden City Days June 20–21 • Downtown Yreka Father’s Day weekend car show, live music (including Skyler and the Sketchy Kids and Ian George), food vendors, and family activities. A true hometown festival.

  • Siskiyou Golden Fair June 24–28 • Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds, Yreka Classic county fair with rides, exhibits, livestock, demolition derby vibes, and nightly entertainment. Dates shifted to late June for 2026—don’t miss it!

Weaverville & Trinity County – Mountain Market & Arts Scene

Trinity keeps it laid-back and artsy with weekly markets and monthly art walks.

  • Weaverville Certified Farmers Market Every Wednesday, 4–7 PM • Highland Arts Meadow, 691 Main St. Fresh local produce, crafts, live music, and that classic small-town feel. Runs through mid-October.

  • First Saturday Art Walk Saturday, June 6 (and first Saturday every month) • Downtown Weaverville, 5–8 PM Gallery openings, artist receptions, live music, and refreshments in historic downtown.
